As an event organizer, with the click of an icon, you will know who and how many are attending at all times, so you can stop the endless chain of emails and spend the time preparing for a successful event on anything that you and your group are passionate about. If you have to update or cancel an event for any reasons, no worries, you can update or delete the event from your ZeeCal, we do the rest by immediately notifying ALL of the attendees.

Want to organize a group event but dont have everyones mobile number? No worries. You can create a group event with the couple of member numbers you have, invitees can then share and watch the group grow. Shared invitees can also become members of your group so you can invite them directly to all future events! As an organizer you can always choose to keep an event private so no one but only you, can share.

If the invitee has our app installed then we send in-app Z notifications (NO MORE SMS, ever) otherwise we send timely SMS reminders, as many as three per event. Either way we assure you that your entire audience will have the latest info. With the click of an icon, everyone can get directions from wherever they are to where they need to be.
